![]() ![]() Take 3 minutes to go through the following points and screenshots. In this post, I’ll share some of the points which convinced me to use Dropbox Paper as a wiki (or alternative of wiki) for a team. Since then, using it as the team wiki for several projects happily. He suggested trying Dropbox Paper instead. To download the app for yourself, head to the listing on the App Store and give your loved ones something different this holiday season.Around a year ago, while starting a new project, I was asking a friend and colleague for a suggestion between Docuwiki and Confluence to use as team wiki. “We would never have been up and running without the brilliant work of Kilian, Ilje and the coordination of such a great tool,” concluded Eva. An impressive achievement for a team of three. The team finished and launched their app, MyADVENTury by October 2017. “We had the application deadline for the App Store approaching so we worked through our checklist in Dropbox Paper together with no restrictions. I remember one day when I was at the hairdressers and I was collaborating in real-time with Kilian and Ilja,” says Eva. It was so easy to work together, the teamwork really flowed. Everything was in one place which made it so simple to keep track of who had contributed what. We were all able to contribute from anywhere, even from our mobile phones. Dropbox Paper offered everything they needed to collaborate freely and manage the launch of the project. The team were able to brainstorm ideas, coordinate schedules, compile themes, exchange audio files, video and graphics all on a single platform. “We were able to really focus our creative energies and work together in a much more meaningful way.” So, we started using Dropbox Paper,” says Eva. “We all work full-time, and from different locations so we needed a tool that made it super easy to work together. With the idea now becoming a concept, the team were faced with another challenge: how best to coordinate and collaborate on the project. “Once I understood the scale of this opportunity I couldn’t wait to get started.” I viewed it as a chance to reach a large audience with positive messages that could help people with their personal, professional or even private lives,” says Ilja. Ilja is a published author, motivational keynote speaker and also boasts a successful career as a Managing Director. “That was when we both suggested bringing in an inspirational figure and we thought immediately of Ilja Grzeskowitz.” “Once we realised we were creating something new, we needed to understand what it would look like and what to give to people,” says Kilian. After receiving the call from Eva, he conducted his own research and again found nothing like it. Kilian Haack has been an app developer for the past six years, helping people turn their ideas into working productions is what he does best. ![]() I realised that there was an opportunity, but I didn’t possess all the necessary skills myself to take advantage of it, so I picked up the phone and called my friend Kilian.” There were just noisy, advert-full calendars. “There was nothing available to buy that provided words of wisdom. Eva found nothing that matched her criteria. This eureka moment was the catalyst for a frantic search on the web. “And then I had a brainwave: what about something different? What about something that would inspire them for a long-time? What about a digital Advent Calendar? 24 doors packed with positivity, motivation, ideas and new perspectives to enjoy throughout the holiday season and beyond.” “I was sitting at my computer and thinking about what I would like to give them,” says Eva. That is exactly what MyADVENTury has done for this holiday season with its new app.Įva Pleger was pondering what to get her friends and family for Christmas on the 30th November, 2016. ![]() It gives us an opportunity to put our creative energies to work and do something truly positive. ![]() Whenever a paying member asks them on the phone or at the front desk when will the hot water will be back on none of the staff will give their prepaid members a straight answer, same lack of professionalism when asked if they were going to give membership fee refunds this month since all their pre paid members have not been able to use the locker room facilities for two weeks due to not providing running hot water for sanitary conditions that their gym members have all prepaid for in advance. They are not sanitizing their soiled used gym towels in hot water between use for customers while handing out unsanitized gym towels to pre paid gym members spreading God knows what communicable diseases to an unknowing public. No hot water in their on site laundry room for their dirty soiled gym towels. ![]() No running hot water in the showers for the paying club members to wash up with after a sweaty work out! No running hot water in the locker room bathrooms for employees or gym members to wash their hands after using the toilet while also operating a restaurant in the building at the same time. All in all it has been great! I haven't had to complain yet and my interaction with management has been minimal but staff seem happy and are always nice. I used to pay $30 per month just for my self at a local gym with small space and only weight machines. On the conservative side its about $100 per month for family which is $25 per person per month.this includes day care, classes and a full locker room with steam room and sauna as well as all of the pools. the rates are pretty fair considering all of these amenities. The classes are also a great feature (my wife goes to a few). ![]() Some equipment could use a facelift as some weight plates stick sometimes or equipment is a little outdated but you can almost always find what you need for what it is you're working out. I wish the hours were a bit longer on the weekdays and earlier on the weekends but by no means a deal breaker. If you're a parent, the day care is a life does get busy sometimes but I have never had an issue with my kids going there. If in motion capped their membership I think there would be many more upset customers than happy ones at this point especially because In Motion still has plenty of workout space. I come to the gym 2 - 4 times a week during the "off hours" like 7 pm -8 pm or 12 noon so I never battle crowds but understand it can get very busy as someone mentioned before, you might just have to adjust your workout plan or times but this is the same issue at most gyms. Yes, I have come to the gym when the lap pool was closed or the sauna (hot room) wasn't working or some of the equipment was in repair, but come one, these guys operate almost 24/7 with constant use, I don't think its a huge inconvenience when some of these areas need to be repaired once in awhile - in those cases I just adjust my workout and move on. ![]() Some reviews on here seem to forget how fortunate we are to have a facility like this in this area. ![]() I have been a member at various gyms outside of Chico including Sacramento and Bay Area and this is the first with practically everything (including day care!). I initially joined the gym for the lap pool but have been using the indoor equipment as well for cardio and strength workouts. I have a a family pass for four (2 adults and 2 children) and have enjoyed all of the amenities that this gym has to offer! We did pay 1 year in advance to get a cheaper rate and not have the headache of monthly fees which has been great. ![]() ![]() There is a small gym, but no swimming pool, but this does not bother us. The rooms are of a good size and the beds are big and bouncy and comfortable. You do get what you need in your room, such as shower creme and soap but if you have forgotten anything like a toothbrush, you can get one from reception. It might have been better to sit them all together! The hotel has recently been refurbished so carpets and decorations are of a good standard. Breakfast is also very good, and staff very attentive, although when we were there last, there was a lot of salesmen who had come for a conference and they were shouting across the restaurant at each other - perhaps they sold hearing aids. The food in the evening is well presented and of a good quality, and not too expensive (for hotel food) - neither is the wine too expensive. The staff are always very helpful and cheerful, on reception and in the restaurant and nothing has ever been too much trouble for them. The hotel is part of the Holiday Inn chain, but actually that is what we like about it. It is also just a few minutes by taxi from the railway station if you arrive by train. This is an ideal place if you want to walk into the city centre whilst leaving the car in a safe place. My son is at Nottingham Trent university and is based in the city centre so we need somewhere that we can all meet and which allows us to bring our small dog along. ![]() Reception were 'coldly' friendly although I subsequently could reach them by telephone to book a wake up call - it simply rang out. ![]() I always find it strange to find with a small double in hotel rooms these days, but many of the rooms at the Travel Inn seem to have. The room had all the usual traveller essentials, was clean and in good condition. The hotel was perfectly acceptable and a good example of hotels in this class. The hotel is on a retail park, with severeal eateries to choose from meaning that you are not just limited to the hotel (plus a Sainsbury across the road if you simply fancy and sandwich). With a shortage of decent looking B&Bs in the immediate area I opted for the Travel Inn since it was the cheapest of like hotels in the area (Premier Inn cheaper if you want dinner & breakfast as they offer a package). ![]() As I have got older (only mid 30's!), I appreciate more and more the personal touches (and cost) of a good bed & breakfast. ![]() ![]() ![]() Complete a stunning transformation with a wig, moustache or beard (or any combination) to make yourself unrecognisable or to change into your chosen character. We can see that as the car comes down from the wheelstand and the ride height dips below that of what would be considered a normal run, that the green accelerometer in the top graph has a corresponding dip before it recovers and basically follows the good run in red. The ride height sensor on the green run displays a huge spike, then dips below the graph from the run depicted in red, what would be considered a good run with no wheelie. The one on the bottom is the ride height sensor, and the top graph is that of the g meter, with two runs showna good one, in red, and a bad one, in green.
